J. Hight, Sr. - President/CEO

Former offender, gifted singer, turned activist thought of #ResetGR while locked away in a cell. #ResetGR has now grown into WakeUSup, a Non-Profit Organization which focuses on educating children, the whole community, all while assisting other ex-offenders in resetting their lives upon reentering into society.

V. Boyd - Vice President

Has been part of Second Chances First for five years. She has worked on some of the most influential employment positions within the City of Detroit, which makes her an expert in her field. Her experience working with all walks of life, especially those who are now re entering into society and needing employment, has fueled her passion for continuing her work with SCF. A graduate of the HBCU, Talladega College, she has first hand knowledge on how to serve underprivileged communities and has a heart to serve.
